About Parish Law

Danny Parish, JD.
Founder, Managing Partner, Parish Law

“To me, practicing law is about giving someone the respect, support and voice they deserve. I do not take lightly the role I am honored to play in helping to change my clients lives for the better.”

-Danny Parish

Parish Law was founded to provide a boutique-style legal service for injured clients who want personalized, professional, and transparent legal representation. The firm’s areas of practice include auto accidents, wrongful death, premises liability, consumer product injuries and automobile defect cases.

Danny Parish serves as the founder and managing partner of Parish Law. He was born and raised in Chattanooga, Tennessee and earned his bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The University of Memphis.  Danny then pursued and received his law degree from the University of Miami in Coral Gable, Florida.

Upon graduating with his law degree from the University of Miami, Danny relocated to Knoxville and became licensed to practice law in Tennessee.  He worked as an associate for Dunn, MacDonald & Reynolds, one of the most highly respected civil litigation firms in Knoxville.  While with Dunn, MacDonald & Reynolds, Danny represented clients in state and federal courts across East Tennessee, both at the trial and appellate levels.

In 2017, Danny joined the firm of Wolff Ardis, P.C. in Memphis, Tennessee.  At Wolff Ardis, Danny was fortunate enough to work under one of the most experienced and knowledgeable product liability attorneys in the nation, Patrick M. Ardis. Under Mr. Ardis’ mentorship, Danny represented injured clients across 13 states and recovered tens of millions of dollars in trial verdicts and settlements. While he was a trial attorney at Wolff Ardis, Danny secured recoveries for his clients against companies like Ford, Toyota, General Motors (GM), Chrysler/FCA and Kroger.

Now, as the founder and managing partner of Parish Law, Danny brings over 15 years of trial experience to his practice. He has been recognized as a Memphis Business Journal “Best of the Bar” and as a “Top 100” attorney by the National Trail Lawyers Association. He is licensed to practice in courts throughout Tennessee and is a member of the Memphis Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association, and is a member of the Attorney’s Information Exchange Group (AIEG) Board of Directors.

When he is not working to improve the lives of his clients, Danny can be found spending time with his wife, Sally, and two children, Deacon and Nola. Danny is an avid supporter of Memphis Tigers athletics and volunteers his time coaching youth basketball.
